SHAREHOLDER

Mr. Vance was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. He is a 2001 graduate of Michigan State University and a 2005 graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law.

Mr. Vance specializes in providing innovative and strategic legal counsel on business and litigation matters for individuals and companies. He has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts in a variety of areas, including commercial and business litigation, medical malpractice defense, civil rights litigation, real property disputes, employment and personal injury litigation. He also serves as general counsel to a wide range of corporate/business clients, including non-profit corporations, construction companies and real estate ventures.
