Glenn Michael Simmington

Mr. Simmington was born in St. Louis, Missouri, July 14, 1952. He graduated from the University of Michigan with honors in 1978 and from Wayne State University Law School in 1981. Mr. Simmington maintains memberships in the Genesee County Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel,  National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and serves on the Michigan Public Defense Task Force and the Flint Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel Attorney Program.

Mr. Simmington maintains a general and appellate practice. He handles cases involving fraud and abuse investigation, and engages in professional liability defense, civil rights litigation, criminal defense, appellate advocacy as well as personal injury work.  Mr. Simmington has professional experience before the Michigan Supreme Court and Michigan Court of Appeals, with years of private successful appellate work, both as appellant and appellee.
