Another Successful Outcome for a Cline, Cline & Griffin Client: Laingsburg officials apologize a
Cline, Cline & Griffin filed a lawsuit on behalf of their client against Laingsburg alleging discrimination and violations of the state's whistleblower protection act after she was charged with false pretenses, malicious destruction of fire or police property and larceny in a building.
The lawsuit ended with city officials found no evidence that a Laingsburg librarian accused of falsifying her work hours had defrauded the library and issued a public apology to her.
