Timothy H. Knecht

Mr. Knecht was born in Flint, Michigan, November 6, 1953. He graduated from Duke University in 1975 and from the Detroit College of Law in 1979. Mr. Knecht maintains memberships in the Genesee County Bar Association (past officer, Board of Directors), State Bar of Michigan (2002 Chairman of the Negligence Section, American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel and American Inns of Court.

Mr. Knecht maintains a general civil trial practice including professional liability defense, general defense, business litigation and personal injury litigation. He also maintains a real estate and estate planning practice.
